Sweatsaver liner is easily-removable for cleaning; wash gently by hand and air dry. This Helmet is available in two sizes: M(21.7-22.8 inch / 55-58 cm) and L size (23.2-24inch / 59-61cm). To determine proper size, measure with a soft tape measure or string. Plush sweatsaver pads are designed to fit very snug when they are brand new, and will break in for the optimal fit. Expect to wear for a couple of hours before the helmet is completely broken in.
