Shipping Policy

Welcome to Goofy Bikes! We're thrilled to bring you the best in electric bikes and scooters. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping policy:

Shipping Methods

We currently use FedEx and USPS as our shipping partners. Upon check-out, you will be given the option of selecting from a range of different shipping options with different delivery times and costs.

Shipping and Handling Charges
Shipping and handling charges are calculated based on the shipping method selected, the shipping address, and the total weight and dimensions of your package.

Delivery Estimates
How quickly you receive your order depends on the shipping method selected plus our processing time. Currently, all orders take up to 1 business day to process. If your order is placed before 12 p.m. PST, it will be processed and shipped out the same day. If your order is placed after 12 p.m. PST, it will be processed and shipped the next business day. For example, if you place your order at 3 p.m. PST and select the standard shipping option of 2-5 days, you can expect to receive your order in 3-6 days. Here is an illustration of this calculation:

Total delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Domestic Shipping Options
We uses both FedEx and USPS as domestic shipping options. Please note that we currently do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Additionally, some products may have shipping restrictions based on their size or weight.

International Shipping Options
We are currently not accepting any international orders from outside of the United States. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Tracking Your Order
When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. In this email, we will include a tracking number with a link to track your order on the FedEx or USPS website.

Delivery Attempts
Most shipping methods that we offer do not require a signature. It is up to the discretion of the driver as to whether or not it is safe to leave the package if no one is there to receive it. If the driver deems it unsafe, they may attempt delivery again the next day. There are also times when a notice is left asking the recipient to retrieve the package from their main station. We highly recommend tracking your package online once it has shipped so that you are aware of its status.

Undeliverable Packages
Occasionally, packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When this happens, we will not automatically issue a refund. If you do not receive your package within the stated timeframe or your tracking number shows that the package is being sent back to us, please contact us as soon as possible. All undeliverable or refused packages will be subject to a $200 fee. We are unable to reship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you still wish to receive your item(s), you will have to place a new order.

Shipping Delays Due to External Causes
Occasionally, delivery of packages are delayed due to external causes. These external cause may include weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of terrorism, and other situations that are outside of our control. Unfortunately, because we are unable to predict or control these causes, we are unable to prevent them or offer shipping reimbursements when they occur.

Shipping Delays Due to Fraud Alerts
Occasionally, orders are flagged as potential fraud orders. When this happens, you will receive an email from us asking you to contact us and verify additional information. Please note that the longer it takes for you to reply to this request, the longer the delay in processing and shipping out your order. Therefore, in these cases, guaranteed delivery dates are no longer valid. If you need the item by a certain date, you are welcome to upgrade your shipping and pay the additional shipping fee.

Shipping Delays Due to PayPal eCheck
Occasionally, payments made through PayPal eCheck will experience processing delays. When this happens, an order will not be processed or shipped until the eCheck has cleared. Please note that the longer it takes for your eCheck to clear, the longer the delay in processing and shipping out your order. Therefore, in these cases, guaranteed delivery dates are no longer valid. If you need the item by a certain date, you may cancel your order and place a new order with an upgraded shipping method.

Shipping Delays Due to Holidays
Occasionally, we will be closed for a holiday. Unfortunately, our shipping calculator does not account for these closures, so customers must add 1-2 days to all guaranteed delivery dates. If you are concerned about receiving your order on time, we recommend upgrading your shipping method. See below for a list of shipping holidays. Please note that this list is not exclusive.
